Douglas Bader Barracks Block could be utilised for new executive flats of retirmen sheltered housing for elderly

many eldery would enjoy returning to a place so familiar to their youth.

barracks in exceptional condition and has a larged h block to develop effectively into accomodation especially sheltered housing for elderly which is a agenda for english churches housing!

the overall condition of the barracks accomodation block is excellent and ready for refit to flats!

these could be utilised for rented parking space and even maintenance workshops for local mechanic training school

This also is set up for mechanichal engineering with need for new slates and updated electrics, it may be a valued investment for oyouth training schemes including building maintenance schemes and bricklaying / roofing schemes?
